Led the bid teams to secure a place on: ProCure Partnerships & Pagabo Cambridge, Suffolk, Norfolk County Councils & Smarte East, and subsequent further competitions for individual projects through these frameworks. Qualifications include MCIOB, Btec HNC Building Studies and Btec ONC Building Studies Experience Over 15 years' experience of leading winning bid teams. They have managed bid budgets of up to £3m and virtual bid teams with over 15 members. Leads teams with an openness and warmth that brings people together quickly to build a high performing team. A confident presenter, experienced at C-suite level communication. Sound understanding of deal governance and is able to clearly set the strategic vision, communicate to the team the client requirements and manage the process to a successful conclusion. With extensive Design and Build experience across all contract forms, an excellent communicator utilising persuasive skills and has a keen perception of others.
