Profile Highly experienced Bid Manager with 7+ years of experience across a range of industries and within Business Development. Background includes public and private sector, with proven track record of success in Health & Fitness / Trade Services industries. Worked with SMEs on local contracts and within corporate environments. Adept at creating compelling propositions to communicate client points of differentiation, addressing buyer pain points & requirements. Key Achievements Led, wrote and deal engineered pricing for a global key account contract which was successful (worth $30m annually). Successfully delivered ~50 EMEA / global bids (worth ~$850m over 5 years). Successfully delivered ~200 UK bids (worth ~$42m over 5 years). Developed SME bid library and consistently achieved win rates of above 50%, winning 3 bids over 6 months. Experience Bid Writer with 7+ years' experience, initially within a corporate setting, responsible for creation of all UK tender responses. Following success, it expanded to cover the entire EMEA business, delivering consistency / best practice. Utilised analytical & excel skills to create complex pricing analysis / deal engineering tools used to drive profitability; this was adopted by all countries to inform decisions and negotiations.
