Profile An experienced Proposals professional with over 16 years' experience of compiling and co-ordinating small to large complex bids along with EOIs, PQQs, RFIs, RFPs and ITTs. They have further experience in preparing award submissions and capability statements, case studies and CVs. Key Achievements Improved a company's Constructionline rating to Gold from Bronze. Successfully achieved RoSPA Gold Award for Health & Safety since 2016. Successfully managed and hosted a number of events in the Northwest as part of the launch of a contractor's Northwest division. Part of the team responsible for the launch of the Northwest region in 2017 which now has a turnover in excess of £50m. PQQ success rate is 90%. Was part of team who were successful in securing a place on the NHS SBS framework - a first for the contractor who historically work with private developers. Wrote the winning award entry for Contractor of the Year at the Construction News Awards 2022. Developed and maintained a comprehensive Bid Response Library with responses being reviewed regularly to ensure they remained current. Experience This Associate has worked in a variety of roles for both Main Contractors and Consulting Engineering Practices which have all encompassed Marketing, Business Development and Bid Management and their most recent role solely focused on Proposals Management. They were also the lead for the Group's Constructionline accreditation as well as both national and local award submissions (Winning Contractor of the Year (under £500m) at the Construction News Awards in 2022).
