Profile Accredited ICF Team coach. This Associate's primary purpose is to help businesses win business. Over the last 20 years, they have helped clients win new business valued at more than £1.7bn across Public & Private sector. They work with companies to ensure that every pitch, every tender, every proposal, every presentation - and every bid team - is the best it can possibly be. They believe that winning is not about selling harder, but creating a compelling proposition that makes the customer want to buy. Their clients have told them that they value them for their willingness to listen, their powers of persuasion and ability to partner seamlessly with in-house teams. Most important of all, they know this Associate likes to win - every bit as much as they do. Key Achievements Bid win-rate consistently over 85%. Successfully worked on and won over 75 large (£50m+) bid submissions in to multiple / Global industries. Developed own bid process, bid questionnaire and pre-bid workshop facilitation to support / compliment bid teams in the process of bidding best practice. Created compelling bid SI propositions to go on a win £multi-million complex IT outsourcing deals for Orange Business, Capgemini, Atos, Capita, Kcom, Siemens. Coached a bid team over 18 months, throughout the UK's largest Sustainability IT contract in the UK for the Environment Agency. Worked on multiple UK Government contracts incl. HMRC, Aspire. As well as many Pharmaceutical deals in North America, valued at over $150m. Experience This Associate believes talking to their customer with one voice and a single compelling set of messages from the outset is crucial, as it shows confidence in your solution and helps your proposition stick. First - It makes your customer feel special (it's individually tailored for their business, shows you are listening, demonstrates you are a credible and capable partner for their business. Someone they can trust). Second - It demonstrates your innovation (excites your customer about what you have to offer and how it can help change their business for the better and allow the customer to realise their ambitions). Third - It differentiates you from the competition (is not another 'like for like solution but is something that they can only get from you, e.g., industry track record, transition, risk).
