An accomplished and talented professional with a proven track record in successful stakeholder engagement, and articulating strategies to support public sector investment and private sector growth. This Associate is accomplished at managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams for technically demanding and diverse bids. They are particularly adept at managing tight bid budgets, identifying and managing risks, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to maximise win-rates. Key Achievements Led assessment phase programme and associated bid for £450m Defence contract. Developed a strategy and led the stakeholder engagement on behalf of a public sector Nordic government, which led to over £500m investment over 7 years. Successfully managed a team of bid managers to deliver an annual order intake in excess of £150m per annum. Bid win-rate consistently over 70%. PRINCE2 Certified and Shipley Trained. Experience Over 35-years of experience in Business Development and leading winning bidding teams in both public and private sector. Extensive experience in leading multi-disciplined and multi-company teams to deliver high quality bids, on-time and on-budget. A seasoned professional comfortable engaging with C-Level stakeholders, and articulating win strategies, risks and opportunities along with appropriate mitigation and exploitation. This Associate has extensive experience of opportunity and bid governance, as well as developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice.
