Profile A pro-active Senior Bid Manager and Bid Writer with 12+ years of success working on and leading both single service and complex bids across multiple industries. A bid specialist that will work with you collaboratively and flexibly focussing what your business requires and adapting the multitude of ways bid management can operate to best suit your environment. This Associate has a particular specialism in analysing and improving the internal bid management process to deliver an improvement in the quality and efficiency of the bid process to ultimately conclude in more successful bid outcomes. Key Achievements Single and multiple service line tenders with a contract value up to £400m. Managed bids that have required the inclusion of third-party providers and, as such, has managed all elements for their inclusion in the bid. Clear track record of multi-industry experience resulting in knowledge sharing and best practice. Successfully developed and maintained bid processes that adheres to ISO9001standards of quality and achieved 100% pass rate for thorough bid management internal audits. Experience Excellent leader, communicator and collaborative professional. Over 12 years' experience working on tenders submitted across the NHS, Local and Central Government and Corporates. Industries supported include Construction and Fit Out, Facilities Management, Healthcare, Training, Security, Property Management, Recruitment and IT services. Able to support your business in the compliant, timely and successful submissions of tender documentation and an improved evolution of entire bid process. Key areas covered include ownership and development of the bid programme and process from OJEU identification through to submission, support the assembly and briefing of the bid team and develop an effective communication platform for bid information, chair bid kick-off meetings, creative briefings, solution development workshops, best solution revues and executive sign-offs, manage the clarification process with the client including making sure the bid team are kept fully up to date with clarifications/document changes etc, capture of risk and mitigation strategies and drive the inclusion of clear win themes throughout response documents and bid writing and formatting.
