An English Literature graduate with a background in Professional Services, this Associate specialises in crafting compelling and persuasive bids based on thorough research. Key Achievements Supporting a client to win a place on an £8bn highways framework. Successfully re-tendering major key accounts for a legal services client. Winning a place on a national housing association's framework, which became the biggest client by fees earned for the company that year. Establishing an end to end bid process in a SME, from opportunity analysis through to answer planning and reviews, and post-submission feedback collection. Experience Following a successful career in Financial Services, this candidate moved into bidding four years ago as an in-house Bid Manager for an Engineering firm. Since then, they have worked for a bid consultancy where they managed £multi-million Construction, Infrastructure and Professional Services bids. With strong foundations in Professional Services, this candidate has an exceptional approach to deadline management and has brought the same level of service to their most recent role as a Bid Writer for a small Charity.
