Profile An experienced and successful lead Bid & Proposal Writer / Manager who uses creative and innovative approaches, collaborative working practices and continuous performance improvement techniques, where appropriate, to enable organisations, individuals and teams to challenge and reinforce their thinking to drive successful bid, project and programme delivery. Key Achievements Designed and implemented global business winning process and supporting tools in a major project management and engineering contracting business, significantly improving organisational collaboration and win rates. Designed and implemented global progressive learning and innovation process and provided coaching, facilitation and bespoke training to embed collaborative behaviours and culture. Delivered organisation design and governance, mobilisation strategy, innovation and collaborative working, project and resource management and integrated management systems as part of a winning bid for £750m 5-year Design and Engineering services contract. Bid win-rate over 70%. Recent successes include £65m decommissioning services contract, £50m provision of services contract and £2m Professional Services Contract Experience This Associate is experienced in producing effective and successful, ITTs, PQQs and RFPs in Engineering, Construction, Project and Programme Management, across a range of regulated industries. They have operational experience of joint venture, partnership, alliance and collaborative working project and programme delivery models and will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery. They are a Chartered Engineer with strong change and transformation, project management, facilitation, coaching, communication and influencing skills, gained over 35 years. An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and motivator with proven team leadership, influencing, mentoring and organisational skills.
