Profile This Associate is an experienced Business Development & Talent Development Manager whose expertise spans across both areas. Expertise within learning and development includes co-design and overseeing delivery of leadership development programmes, workshop co-facilitation and of having set up and run coaching and mentoring programmes. This experience brings insight and expertise when working with and motivating teams whilst delivering key account management training and working on bids and new business proposals especially while people are under pressure. Key Achievements Has led winning bids over the last 2 years resulting in over £750k revenue from new contracts. Was one of three bid managers on successful global audit bid within Big 4 firm working in matrixed organisation. Founding member of team designing and delivering award-winning sales / bid training programmes for fee earning staff within Professional Services sector, contributing to measurable growth of revenues within cohort of participants. Recipient of 3 award-winning client service awards relating to key account approach and customer service. Experience Has worked within the professional services environment over last 15 years including having worked as employee for a Big 4 global advisory firm, magic circle Law firm and a top 10 ranked global leadership development consultancy. Has led bids, developed proposals, pitched and then managed client relationships adopting key account approaches. Key skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, creative thinker, organised, pays keen attention to detail, has ability to say what needs to be said diplomatically and clearly and has strong critical thinking skills.
