They have all the essential energy, skills and experience needed to contribute to a successful bid team, including a creative flair to design client-focused and contemporary bid material. Excellent knowledge of the entire bid process, with the ability to form excellent collaborative working relationships and excellent organisation and time management skills. They also have an organised approach to facilitate a smooth operation and their services can be tailored to add value to the process where it's needed it most. Key Achievements Part of a successful bid team that grew from 10 to 50 in five years. Created the design annex to the team to address the need for high quality bid production for an ever growing number of bids. They combined their creativity and extensive knowledge and understanding of the bid process to provide an efficient service to the wider bid team and produce client-focused, market-current proposal material.
