This Associate successfully lead formal and informal bids of various size and scale across multiple market sectors, consistently developing innovative win strategies to help brands compete and win. With a strong track record with both private and listed companies, corporate and mid-market, this Associate is an expert across the entire bid lifecycle and has significant experience in designing and implementing bid frameworks that create greater efficiency, lower cost, better collaboration, and higher win rates. This Associate is highly experienced at bringing together multi-disciplined and multi-regional teams to create client focused solutions within agreed commercial and regulatory requirements. Key Achievements Led the bid function of a start-up business from £10m revenue to over £300m revenue with all new and repeat business via competitive proposals. Within 5 years the business was the market leader in its field. Secured competitive proposal wins in the top five brands in both Banking and Telecoms sectors. Designed and implemented global RFP frameworks for a major Financial Services organisations to across 26 different countries, enabling competitive proposals to be developed for global clients. Experience Over 18 years' experience across a broad range of markets, including Financial Services, Automotive, Professional Services, Retail, Telecoms and Construction. Balances a strong strategic approach with a hands on, "go-get" mentality. Highly experienced at all elements of the bid lifecycle, bid infrastructure, process and developing high performing teams.
