Profile A versatile Bid Manager / Director with an extensive track record of winning complex bids in Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, Warehousing, Logistics, Facilities Management and Consultancy industries. Experienced in planning, managing and delivering a wide range of bids from high value technically complex proposals to fast turnaround consultancy. Shipley trained and comfortable chairing effective colour team reviews and managing multiple stakeholders. With a degree in Electronics, an MBA and a Masters in Leadership Coaching, this associate is particularly effective at rapidly building focused, high performing bid teams and winning bid strategies. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Training, Support Services, Professional Services, Construction and managing multiple concurrent bid teams. Has developed and led growth strategies in to numerous industries and countries.
