A track record of delivering across the Health, Welfare, Justice and Skills sectors, commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Key Achievements Consulted on service design, partnerships and stakeholder development for the DWP Work & Health Programme. Included written response and dialogue. Resulted in the bid win for the biggest region. Bid directed another organisation towards the DWP Umbrella Agreement and first stage of the Work and Health Programme, succeeding in three Lots across England and Wales. Currently designing and project managing the implementation of a Work and Health Unit pilot, running employability services within mental health support in East London. Experience Over 14 years' experience in delivering at a senior level both within operations and business development in government outsourcing. A significant network of stakeholder and partner contacts, including Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), Public Health and Local Authorities. Background of successful integration of existing regional services to compliment and maximise support for the beneficiaries of newly won contracts.
