Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, building effective working partnerships with key knowledge holders to capture and present corporate capability. Good stakeholder management skills and able to direct and co-ordinate bids involving multiple delivery partners. Excellent commercial and financial skills ensuring bids are robust, deliverable and can achieve the desired return on investment. Able to work under pressure and prioritise activities to create the best response.
