Profile Over 5 years' experience as a Bid Writer within the Highways, Infrastructure, Rail, Water, Power, Construction and the Engineering sectors. This associate has worked on major tenders including London Overground station works, Siemens cross-channel convertor stations, High Speed 2 Main Civils (Central and Northern) and TfL Surface Transport Major Projects Framework. Key Achievements Led the research team in surveying 188 stations of the combined Thameslink franchise and writing the delivery plans for passenger information and station property. Worked in New York to research and write the Rainforest Alliance's position paper ahead of the UN climate summit in Paris. Experience This associate has worked with a leading engineering and design firm, where they were the Lead Writer in the central proposals team for Europe and Middle East. They secured £multi-million contracts with Network Rail, Thames Water and EDF, and expanded their technical knowledge across Infrastructure Design and Engineering. In their last permanent role they led storyboarding sessions and helped win major contracts with Siemens, BP and HS2. After two years gaining knowledge of construction across the companies' expert delivery teams in Rail, Power, Buildings, Water and Natural Resources, they have decided to make the move into contract bid writing alongside Bid Solutions.
