As a confident and effective communicator, they have the excellent organisational and management skills needed to successfully deliver end-to-end submissions that win. Indeed, with extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams, they consistently implement best practice methodology to complete complex and technical bids that maximise win-rates. Key Achievements Demonstrable experience of successfully managing multiple parallel tenders and projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies. Effective internal and external stakeholder management. Deep understanding of both public and private sector tender processes. Experience With a background in Defence, Energy and Engineering sectors, they have implemented Shipley based methodology from the ground up to improve the capture, response and review activities in relation to all emergent opportunities. As part of this, they have led the assessment of opportunities and customers, defining their hot buttons, benchmarking against competitors, then determining a bespoke response strategy that maximised the opportunity of winning. This included setting out a response timeline, as well as defining input requirements for quantitative and qualitative submissions. Most responses required the management of diverse and multi-disciplinary resources that are both internal and subcontracted. In every submission, they have ensured that compelling copy has been generated such that the likelihood of success is maximised through positive discriminators and detailed responses to tender questions. Furthermore, lead the generation of presentation material and coached the presenting teams.
