Profile An experienced bid professional that has led complex and high-value bids within pressured and fast-paced environments for some of the most successful organisations in the UK and the world (including Legal & General and RPS Group). Recent experience includes a successful track record of winning multi-disciplinary consultancy service bids to work with some of the world's most prestigious clients on Nationally Significant Infrastructure and Development Consent Order opportunities on some of the UK's most high-profile projects. With a strong desire to win new and retain existing business, this Associate is looking to work with like-minded businesses to increase sales and revenue. Key Achievements Consistent win-rate of 70%+. Proficient with MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint. Storyboarding, drafting, proofing and editing copy. Experience creating professional, customer-facing documents (e.g. RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, proposals, etc). Strong communication skills, with experience of eliciting information, presenting information effectively and liaising with people at all levels. Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines with experience working on high-profile bids. Experience with numerous eBid systems (e.g. ProContract, Ariba, etc). Has an organised / creative approach to work and a strong desire to win. Experience Almost 10 years' experience of leading winning bid teams. Experienced with liaising directly and working with CEO-level management, using strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills to affect the best possible outcomes (win-critical decisions / steers). Recent experience also includes managing multi-disciplinary consultancy services bids (including Environmental, Planning, Mechanical and Electrical services and more).
