Profile A highly successful and experienced Bid Director / Leader with a successful track record of securing work in the Energy, Professional Services and Property sectors. This Associate is equally comfortable leading large bid development teams as well as working alone when responding to smaller scale opportunities. With director-level experience of running existing business as well as winning new, this Associate has strong commercial knowledge to manage both pricing and contract negotiations. Key Achievements Led a multi-disciplinary team to win a comprehensive service contract for a UK city authority worth £500m. Advised a major UK Professional Services organisation on bidding strategy (including use of the Shipley process) and the mobilisation of two major development frameworks now yielding 4 times forecast revenues. Quadrupled revenues for a consultancy practice on a turnaround path through single-handed bidding over an 18-month period. Experience With an impressive track record in both bid leadership and business management, this Associate brings pragmatism to bidding, articulating clear solutions that appeal to buyers and are deliverable. Having led a risk management and corporate governance practice with a Big 4 provider, this Associate has the gravitas and expertise to develop robust business solutions. Also Head of Project Finance with a French multi-national structuring investment deals and acting as equity investor on a range of major PFI and infrastructure projects. Their communication skills are equally effective in making compelling presentations as part of a bid process as well as originating text to articulate complex solutions in a clear and engaging way.
