Profile 20 + years of senior leadership experience in both line management and consulting roles, predominantly in the Asset Ownership and Infrastructure Management sectors. This has evolved into a deep interest in the effectiveness of organisations across their entire value chain. It gives them a rare ability to not only engage in commercial tendering and bid projects, but also to advise their clients on how they might improve their service delivery when winning bid work. Key Achievements Produced some substantial tender documents, as large as NZ$750m, and across sectors as diverse as Highways, Rail, Electricity Distribution and Telecommunications. Personal style allows them to seamlessly slip into an organisation and become a vital part of the commercial management team. With insight on how organisations operate effectively, their clients get more than just a senior bid writer. Experience This associate has hands on experience across all facets of asset ownership and management, from hands on O&M at a trades level; to system management; to senior executive leadership. This allows them to identify and empathise with all members of an organisation as they research the capability of an organisation in preparation for the writing of the non-price attributes sections of tender responses.
