RFP wins since 2015 include Bupa £7M, BDO £14M, CBRE £10M, Lanxess £17m and S&P Global £7.5m - Average RFP shortlisting rate of 80%. MBA and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Sourcing, onboarding, managing RFP Response Software Platforms. Extensive experience collaborating with Senior Stakeholders; Partners, Senior Sales Directors, CFOs, and CEOs. Strong negotiating, multi-tasking, organisation, writing, and project management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 competencies; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel. RFP Toolkit Usage: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Dropbox, Salesforce (SFDC), Slack, E-tenders - Ariba, SAP eSourcing, In-Tend, Wax Digital, SUPC. Experience Project Managing Bid Responses for Large Enterprise Global Business Sales - Leading the preparation, planning, and final delivery of all tenders. Managing the Bid Plan end-to-end. Managing business content on a day-to-day basis. Leading RFP debriefs post submission with a view to enhancing response activities. Identifying and establishing value-add Bid Management processes on an ongoing basis. Maintaining and delivering a record of RFP outcomes including short-listing, loss, and win rates. Driving the bid qualification process to identify risk and successful win strategies.
