Profile Versatile and innovative Bid Director with multi-disciplined flexible approach. Can be inserted into any part of the bid cycle in both small and complex bids. With over 22 years' experience in Bid environments from Construction to IT, Finance, Petrochemical and Engineering. Key Achievements Recently provided a strategy towards winning a £15m+ strategic bid for client who had previously had been told they had little chance of winning contract renewal, by reinvigorating the bid solution approach. Assisted in producing and delivering £2m+ bid within a four week window, including design, layout and output of bid document to submission deadline. Experience As Bid Strategist / Director on a number of winning bids TCV from £500k to £100m plus with EMEA experience. High bid to win ratio over 70%. Able to build and motivate teams. Bid quality and structure to Shipley Best Practise bid processes. Has supported clients as Bid Consultant to win or retain existing contracts that were considered high risk. Experienced Red Team reviewer to ensure bid criteria and quality is met before submission. Able to create high level presentation material to support bid for a complete and cohesive narrative. With extensive experience as Graphic Designer to top design agency level quality, means they can shape and mould documents into a polished winning bid. With a background in design engineering solutions and project management, this associate provides a unique insight into creating a partnership narrative that puts your company ahead of the competition.
