Experienced Project Manager having led on a number of major business development improvement projects on behalf of a leading national children's charity, the UK's leading learning disability support provider, the UK's leading operator of care and nursing homes and one of the country's largest housing associations. Key Achievements Re-shaped the business development function for a leading not-for-profit. Instrumental in winning contracts worth over £600m since March 2014. Instrumental in improving the win ratio from 14% to over 60% for a leading Charity. Wrote and rolled-out best practice bid manuals on behalf of the UK's leading Care and Nursing Home operator and the UK's leading provider of learning Disability Support Services. Researched, developed and implemented a pre-bid stakeholder engagement strategy on behalf of Four Seasons Health Care. Successfully implemented and mobilised a county wide mental health supported living project. Wrote and rolled out a guide for Metropolitan on how to get the best from subject matter experts.
