With over 9 years' experience spanning Health, Infrastructure, Commercial Developments and Technology. Key Achievements Developed training documents on how to write tenders, which this associate currently uses for inductions, and when delivering one-on-one training to senior contributors. Provided management process for tracking risk during bid process and reviewing prior to contract signature. Delivered over 24 new project tenders for IT software solutions for Local Authority customers in 12 months. Drafted business plan and strategy for new tech start-up to Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) advance approval and start developing their minimum viable product. Introduced new gate / project reviews and bid / no bid processes to improve win ratios. Led multi-disciplinary teams on successful Strategic Estates Partnerships for two NHS Trusts with total partnership value of ca. £300m. Experience This associate leads and supports a wide range of successful Public Private Partnership (PPP) / Public Finance Initiative (PFI) projects across Health, Fire, Regeneration, Renewables, Energy from Waste and Street Lighting.
