This associate has a track record of winning high value competitive tenders and a proven ability to develop and lead high performing bid teams. Extensive contract and client legal negotiations experience and operational knowledge of P&L management, which gives greater understanding of how to build successful and profitable solutions. Key Achievements Established a bid team within a FTSE100 company that had 100% success rate in Energy Services tenders in its first year, winning 6 majors contracts in the NHS worth over £40m. Developed a new Energy Services proposition from concept to £3m of secured contracts in 6 months and then managing the delivery of these contracts on time and on budget. Over 40% success rate in social housing delivering £240m to order book in one year alone. Developed the contract and leading the negotiations on a £20m portfolio of major public sector Energy Services bid. APMP Foundation Certified. Experience Over 15 years' experience of leading winning bid teams, including not only managing the bid but proposition building, business development and operational management. Brings developed leadership and stakeholder management skills and is adept at engaging at senior level both internally and externally. Experienced in both commercial and written elements of bid management, brings new ideas and innovative solutions. Very experienced in legal and contractual management and will ensure the right attention to detail throughout the process.
