Profile An experienced and self-motivated Bid Writer, Bid and Project / Programme Manager, with experience of the end-to-end bidding process within both the public and private sector. This associate is able to bring together disparate teams to produce professional, compliant bids and work with people from all disciplines and backgrounds to develop bid strategies, solutions and winning responses. Also experienced in managing contract mobilisations and business transformation projects. Key Achievements Writing winning bids for public and private sector tenders, including European Social Fund and Crown Commercial Services submissions. Programme management of complex business transformation. Management of a complex, multi-service, multi-organisation submission for a Central Government framework. Mobilisation of successful contracts, including a £175m Government contract. Management of tender process for successful FM projects inducing £38m healthcare project, £130m element of £439m police project. Prince2 Foundation. Experience 10 years' experience of writing and managing tender submissions to both the public and private sector. Accustomed to managing teams, including virtual teams, to deliver tender responses that are compliant, reflect customer requirements and meet internal governance processes. Accustomed to both writing and managing complex, high value opportunities as well as quick-turnaround competitive bids. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Facilities Management, Car Parking, Patient Transport Services and Learning and Employment sectors. Has experience of recruitment and training, management and mentoring of junior staff, enhancing their contribution to the business.
