Involved in the FTSE350 retain and replenish strategy for a Big 4 audit firm, when auditor rotation was made mandatory in 2013. Has led pitch teams of varying degrees of complexity and sales experience. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, comfortable with working with CEOs / Partners, through to staff of all levels. Has experience across the whole bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to project delivery. Can also help design and embed best practice proposals practice across the organization, through process improvement, training and knowledge capture.
