Technical Project Manager for a county-wide competitive dialogue procurement, supporting the procuring authority. Contract services included the provision and management of 20 facilities and services across constituent district authorities. Project Manager and author for technical / financial procurement documentation for a private sector client procuring sub-contractor services across the UK Defence training estate. Experience Over 15 year's consultancy experience supporting bidders and procuring authorities, including numerous consultancy projects for a variety of organisations. Clients have included Government, MOD, Police forces, NHS, LOCOG, infrastructure developers, service providers and first tier contractors procuring national sub-contractor services.
