Profile This associate has experience in both tender construction and bid writing / management, including bid submission evaluation within the Public Sector. Extensive and comprehensive experience in awarding contracts, monitoring and reviewing, working in collaboration with local authority and NHS legal and procurement departments, encompassing and embracing a multi-team / disciplinary environment. Key Achievements Delivered the first ever NHS / Social Work re-provisioning project on-time and on-budget in Scotland worth £1.6m. Commissioned, monitored and reviewed joint funded contracts within the Public Sector worth c£10m. Freelance / Consultancy bid management support to several Construction companies competing for Public Sector contracts in Scotland with contract values ranging from £120k to £1.7m. Utilising commissioning and planning development experience and expertise in bid construction to transfer these skills to bid writing and secure contracts for these Construction companies. Experience This associate is experienced in commissioning within the Public Sector and has a background in project management with the ability to influence others and a proven ability to deliver allocated projects on-time, on-budget and with a leaning towards action planning that envelopes detailed strategies and prescribed outcomes. Strong partnership working experience in joint funding bid construction, evaluation and contract awarding and monitoring. Team player with a planning and development background within the Public Sector. Successfully written bids within the NHS, Social Work and Construction industry.
