Profile An experienced bid management professional with over 13 years' experience in the built environment / construction consultancy and design industry, bidding across virtually every sector (public and private) and service. They are hands-on in their approach to bid management and proposal development and a real all-rounder covering all aspects of bidding: project management, graphic design, writing and editing, workshop and meeting facilitation, strategy, review, and spanning the end-to-end process. Key Achievements Developed and delivered bid training programme. Designed and embedded bid / no bid decision tool. Created and implemented 'bidding playbook'. Led a UK bid team to their most successful year. Landmark wins include Scape infrastructure and utilities framework - £46m fees, Break into new sector - Highways England SMART motorways, EDF Sizewell C - 10-year programme and DS Smith global multidisciplinary framework.
