Profile A skilled Bid Manager, Writer and Strategist who specialises in highly complex bids. This associate is used to running multidisciplinary bids and can assist clients at every step in the process from capture planning, proposal writing, commercial negotiations and change management. Throughout this associates career, they have ensured that client's individual needs are understood and responded to effectively, using their natural insight, developed through extensive experience of being involved in the bidding environment. This associate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams for technically demanding and diverse bids. They are particularly adept at managing bid risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to maximise win-rates. Key Achievements Delivered over £160m of new PFI contract revenue in 24 months for a major UK Construction and Services business. Drove a programme of bidding best practice in a major FM and Property services business adding over £100m revenue in four years. Experience With almost 25 years' experience of leading winning bid teams in Facilities Management, Housing, Defence, Justice, Property Professional Management, Services, Construction and PFI bids. Has a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery and will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions, solution delivery and mobilisation. A charismatic leader who helps teams to work together effectively to deliver successful projects.
