Profile Proven and driven professional with a law degree and an eye for detail, ready for a new challenge. Over 10 years' experience in the Service and Products sectors including Education and Training, Fleet Management, Vehicle Leasing, Security and Defence as well as Emergency Services. Has a wide range of skills including sales, project management, team and cross functional team management and has successfully shepherded RFPs to fruition, over many years. Key Achievements Bid wins total c. £550m with FTSE, NASDAQ and private companies. Experienced manager of both fixed bid teams and cross functional teams. Won bids within the MOD, Motor Manufacturers, Airport Authorities, Customs Departments, Government Agencies and Utilities & Emergency Services. Bid win-rate of 68%. Experienced within Europe and Asia. Experience Over 10 years' experience of leading winning teams across services and products. Bids value range £2m - £300m. Experience of developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice as well as structuring bid processes. With a background in developing solutions and evaluating the merits of each bid leading to bid / no-bid meetings, bid launch meetings, development of the bid as well as chairing Red Team Reviews. Experience in progressing win strategies, risk register and financial overview. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Security, Education & Training, Products, Services, Fleet Management and also Government Grants.
