As a Bid / Pursuit Manager this Associate has a proven track record of success, producing consistently high success rates through championing best practice across the whole business development lifecycle. They provide confident, clear bid leadership with the ability to build and take charge of large teams, consistently delivering to tight timescales, and enjoy a hands-on approach to getting bids over the line, taking great pride in coaching bid teams to produce the best possible results. As a Head of Bid Management this Associate excels in taking full ownership of the end-to-end bid lifecycle. They develop bid and pursuit strategies, create and implement new processes and educate the wider business in new ways of working, all of which contribute to a higher quality of bidding and an ultimate increase in win rate Key Achievements Managed many £multi-million pursuits to successful conclusion.
