Has delivered winning bids in Defence, Facilities Management, Health, Civil Engineering, Highways, Rail and Power, Construction and Professional Services. Written an online Best Practice Guide for Bidding & Tendering. Designed, developed and implemented a suite of over twenty bespoke workshops for blue chip clients, including four Executive Development programmes. Experience This associate is an experienced educator, trainer and consultant in people management and business development. They draw on almost 30 years' experience of varied employment and project roles and now delivers high quality consultancy to public and private sectors. Formally trained as a teacher of Physical Education, followed by several years of successful sales experience in FMCG, they have become a recognised expert in supporting individuals and teams to win major contracts. Always leading from the front, they combine coaching, facilitation and training to deliver exceptional results. This associate is a confident and relaxed communicator who is skilled at quickly motivating a team through a friendly and persuasive approach.
