Profile An experienced Bid Developer ,degree educated and highly capable in proposal development, financial modelling, RFI/PQQ & RFP/ITT responses, complex, large-scale ICT support services, bid quality management and managing multi-discipline teams and prime and sub-contractors. Key Achievements As a Service Architect managed team assignments, client meetings and produced final proposal. Team lead for Procurement Catalogue Framework Agreement. Produced proposals for 5 separate 'lots' - all won. Led team for 2 proposals involving demonstration systems, presentations and information gathering with client. Delivered 3 bids simultaneously, managing a team of 3 and coaching 1. Managed sub-contractors to produce consolidated client and internal models for Scottish Census bid. Managed prime and sub-contractors to produce consolidated cost model and high-level implementation plan for £11m proposal. Developed transaction-based pricing model. Managed $40m consolidated cost-models for Shared Service Centre proposal. Experience Over 6 years ICT support services (ITIL), bid development and financial modelling experience on projects from £1m to £50m. 20+ years project management (PRINCE 2), consultancy and IT delivery.
