Profile Senior Bid Management / Consultant with knowledge of the bid process, with proven success in securing new business, producing innovative solutions, whilst increasing conversion rates and exceeding revenue targets. Over seven years' experience managing commercial bid campaigns and proposals. Key Achievements APMP Practitioner Level Certified. Successfully negotiated several high value contracts with total contract value ranging between £5m and £30m, across various verticals including Government and Diplomatic, Construction, Power Generation and Oil & Gas. Delivered £70m of new contract revenue in under 12 months. Designed a programme of bidding best practice within an international Risk Management Firm and improved win rate from 6% to 39% in 15 months. Experience Detailed knowledge of sales, capture and bid cycle best practice processes, from inception through to completion. A skilled all-rounder who is comfortable in the boardroom and operating in the field. Possess strong pressure tested organisational, strategic and operational decision-making skills; attention to detail, time management and highly developed verbal and written communications expertise and negotiation experience.
