Profile A highly experienced Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Bid Manager who has been delivering compelling bids for over 15 years in Medicines Delivery and Pharmacy services. This associate will give you confidence, as you will be working with a Bid Manager who understands Healthcare as well as the needs of the NHS and Pharmaceutical Industry. This associate brings strategic thinking and is able to work at all business levels in your organisation. As an experienced manager of high performing bid teams, this associate can also support your existing bid team. Quickly capturing the detail of your proposed solution and able to articulate effectively to your client as a solution to their needs. Key Achievements Developed tender process and quality improvements, these were part of a large business transformational change. Achieving improved tender win and retention rates, delivered through a new centralised bid team. Successfully managed and delivered; consistent success rates in excess of 70%, up to 75 bid submissions per annum, large scale complex £multi-million bids and multiple bids across several large teams. Completed Yellow Belt (Healthcare) - Lean 6 Sigma. Currently studying for APMP Foundation. Experience This associate is ABPI qualified, Shipley trained, Lean 6 Sigma experienced and Information Governance and GDPR trained. With an MBA qualification and having worked in a number of management roles, this Bid Manager will bring a strong level of strategic focus to your bid.
