Profile An experienced Senior Bid Manager, who has risen quickly through the ranks by demonstrating an innate understanding of the end-to-end bid process. Has a proven track record of managing bids of all sizes from quick turnaround PQQs to £1.1bn complex deals, across various industries and sectors, demonstrating a wealth of experience and flexibility. Areas of particular strength include presentation coaching, qualification and strategy. In addition, business process improvement is a key area of excellence where they have key demonstrable experience of identifying and implementing projects saving cost (up to c£2m per annum) and time. Key Achievements Worked on deals up to $1.1bn coordinating across EMEA team of up to 130 people. Successfully managed over 100 large bid submissions across multiple industries. Bid win-rate consistently substantially above industry standard, from 50% within a Big 4 environment to 60% in a RPO environment where the expectations are 25% in both.
