Able to draw upon experience as Commissioner, Business Development Manager and bid professional, this associate works with clients to both create winning solutions and to embed bid best practice to ensure success is replicable. Key Achievements Over the last four years has secured more than £28m in new funding for clients. Developed and implemented bid management systems and processes for three of the UK's leading Health and Social Care providers, enhancing win-rates by more than 25% for each business. Has an average win-rate of 68% with 87% of all tenders submitted ranking within top three submissions. 100% success rate in framework based procurement exercises. Successfully secured funding from Local Authority, National Government, CCG, Private and focused funding sources. Experience Over 12 years' experience working in the Health and Social Care funding environment. Working alongside senior management and operational teams, this has included end-to-end tender management (identification through to submission) on bids covering: Learning Disability Services (supported Living, Residential Care, Respite Care, Young Person Support Services and Day Centre support). Older Person Support (Care Homes, Intermediary Care, Dementia Support, Domiciliary Care). Health Care Services (Drug and Alcohol Treatment Systems and Services, Acquired Brain Injury support, Community Health provision, Counselling, Public Insight and Engagement to include Health-watch). Social Care (Carers Support Services, Mental Health Support Services, Advocacy Services and Criminal Justice).
