Key Achievements Provided technical bid support to the £3.2bn HS2 Main Civils' Contract for Momentum, with particular regard to leading the Summary Execution Plan, Programme, Risk, Mass Haul, Structures and Tunnelling submissions. Work on the £100m Mersey Gateway Bridge for Mabey Bridge in JV with Balfour Beatty and Bouygues where they created and launched strategies, whilst managing an extensive bid team to produce a comprehensive submission with a meticulous attention to detail. Drove KN Groups win rate from 8% to over 55% in 10 months. Experience Since 2016 this associate has been providing work winning strategies and support to the £3.2bn HS2 Main Civils' Contract for Momentum and several bids for Aggregate Industries including the £3.3bn Highways England Category Management Contract. Prior to 2016 this associate managed the UK Bid Department for the KN Group successfully providing bid campaign management to multi £ Million submissions to London Underground, Network Rail, DLR and TfL. Bid Management for Mabey Bridge Major Projects, leading submissions such as Forth Crossing Land Structures, Mersey Gateway, and Bermondsey Dive-under for Cross Rail. The associate also has considerable commercial building and construction experience.
