Profile More than 15 years' experience leading, managing and winning bids in a range of Industries - Health, Well-Being and Justice. This Associate can establish effective business development sales cycles that drive teams to qualify leads into suitable pursuits, then nurture these opportunities, through both internal stakeholder engagement and external customer relationships, adapting value propositions accordingly to each specific customer's needs. Key Achievements This Associate led the cross-organisational 'Winning New Business' change management programme to establish a more effective end-end business development sales cycle across the organisation that achieved a 71%-win rate in its initial year of implementation. Led on the 'Product Stories' initiative to bring a more robust 'Voice of the Customer' methodology into our product marketing value propositions and bid submissions. Initiated a new data-driven approach to Optum's business planning strategy, including analysis and reporting of market trends to inform development of regional and market-specific sales strategies. Experience Leading and establishing highly effective cross-organisational BD sales cycle methodologies that drive performance and growth. Takes accountability across all stages of the sales cycle to ensure opportunities are critically evaluated against an appropriate qualification framework, a compelling bid or proposal is submitted on time with the required organisational and commercial reviews and signoffs.
