Managing a nationally dispersed team of over 12 work stream leads, ensuring all project deliverables were successfully achieved and delivered on time and to budget, during a highly compressed 15 week mobilisation period. Solution Lead and Bid Manager on successful Transport Scotland framework contract worth over £350m. Bid Director on NHS Kent & Medway tender to provide non-emergency patient transport worth £50m. Bid Manager on successful NHS Ipswich tender to deliver back office support worth £139m. Experience With nearly 20 years of experience working within the Public Sector, either delivering services or winning new contracts, this Associate is able to hit the ground running.
