Directs major bids in excess of £350m, as well as delivering and transforming complex contracts in the NHS, Home Office, MoJ and the Third Sector. Possesses strong leadership skills, persuasive negotiating skills and a wealth of experience and demonstrable success. Hands on Bid Consultant who delivers compelling, cohesive and beautifully written bids every time. Has recently directed and won a large Social Housing bid with Manchester City Council, scoring 100% for cost and quality. Key Achievements Bid Manager for the provision of an integrated sexual health service to Medway, Kent - framework contract worth £21m. Managing a nationally dispersed team of over 12 work stream leads, ensuring all project deliverables were successfully achieved and delivered on time and to budget, during a highly compressed 15 week mobilisation period. Solution Lead and Bid Manager on successful Transport Scotland framework contract worth over £350m. Bid Director on NHS Kent & Medway tender to provide non-emergency patient transport worth £50m. Bid Manager on successful NHS Ipswich tender to deliver back office support worth £139m. Experience With nearly 20 years of experience working within the Public Sector, either delivering services or winning new contracts, this Associate is able to hit the ground running. This Associate is also an AgilePM Practitioner and PRINCE2 Practitioner, who has been responsible for the development of business growth and improvement strategies in many high profile contracts.
