Had the opportunity to work on a number of successful railway franchise bids such as East Midlands Trains, West Coast Mainline and InterCity East Coast. Experience Over 20 years' experience working in diverse industries such as Engineering, Architectural, Construction, Recruitment and Transport. Acquired many transferable skills and a wealth of work experience from running proposal departments, including opportunity identification through to delivery, as well as hiring, developing and leading teams. Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders on all levels. Successfully arranged many events, workshops (including facilitation) and launches from Parliament surgeries through to bid kick-off and team building events.
