Profile An experienced and successful Senior Bid Manager with over 10 years' experience in demanding, client facing roles. Driven and motivated with a track record in operational and bidding environments. This Associate has gained experience across £multi-million contracts and business streams; with a background in Engineering and project management that has developed from the Rail sector into Local Government, Highways, Street Lighting, Utilities and Construction sectors. Key Achievements Management of new bids up to £300m in value and successful in rebidding of existing contracts. Gained clients buy-in to utilise new technology via dialogue. Training various teams in bidding best practice, which enabled members to subsequently progress in their careers in bidding. Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera 6 and advanced in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience A proven record in leading and winning bids, knowledge of bid management tools, developing and managing the bid process to improve client's tender responses. An ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and bringing a positive hardworking and organised approach with a determination to gain the right results.
