Profile A Bid Manager with experience of delivering complex ICT and BPO solutions. Having been in both sales and bid management this associate knows the value of ensuring that the theme of the sales process is carried through into the words and the solution. Considers it prudent to be the challenger of the technical solutions alongside the technical reviewers to ensure that the bid delivers its objectives without the unnecessary additional costs that can creep into larger complex bids. Key Achievements London Cycle Hire- Led the ICT and Contact Centre bid with a value of £35m. Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council- All ICT activity. Coventry City Council- £1m DWP integration project plus all ICT spend in the Council. European Commission- ICT services £10m. European Parliament- £20m for telephony services. European Space Agency- £7m and the accolade that the client thought it was the best and most informative bid ever received from the company. Experience Bid management has been the focus for the last eight years following a 25 year long career in new business and account management sales.
