Profile Bid Co-ordinator and APMP member with experience of compiling and co-ordinating small to large complex bids along with EOIs, PQQs, RFIs, RFPs and RFTs. Further experience in designing brochures, flyers, award competitions and preparing capability statements and case studies. Compiling visual presentations in hard copy as well as digital versions of responses. Key Achievements Successfully complied and produced a knowledgebase bid library and toolbox with boiler plate information and essential tools consisting of templates and suitable answers to assist teams with preparing bids. Designed and produced a sales database, tracking sales enquiries to monitor volume of enquiries and key clients. Assisted in setting up a new bid team, consisting of Senior Bid Managers, Bid Managers, Estimators and Bid Administrators. Devised and structured a master bidding tool to assist all teams with production of highly complex bids, entailing bid templates, bid library information, book plans, style guides and selection of suitable answers for complex questions. Experience Over 10 years' experience in various environments within global companies from Construction, Defence, Facilities Management, Food Services, Transportation, Healthcare and Consultancy Services. Supported in the delivery of major international Stadia bids, Construction, Facilities Management and Fine Dining Food Services for large corporate organisations along with complex bids for the Transportation industry. Experienced in a range of contract values from £1m up to £64m.
