Profile Senior bidding specialist, 30 years' experience in pre-construction across multiple sectors, (commercial buildings, MOD, housing, building services and transport infrastructure) with operational delivery experience in housing and commercial development and water & transport infrastructure. Managed bids from £100k right through to £multibillion multistage tenders. Involved from early engagement business development stages across to on-site mobilisation and delivery. Key Achievements Superpower is in bidding team management and team improvement, efficiency and delivery. Drove bidding improvements to deliver and maintain global contractor to the top 5 in tender wins. Construction enquirer league for the duration of my 3-year appointment. Experience This Associate is available to undertake Critical Friend, bid fac3-yearion and launch workshops and full bid management services to drive bidding excellence and get the most information out of your teams in the most efficient way. Bid writing and bid audit services, to ensure bid best practice, to challenge status quo and raise the quality of submissions.
