An MBA graduate and APMP certified practitioner specialising in bid leadership, managing virtual teams, coaching and developing others, win strategy development, risk management, red team reviews, stakeholder management, customer negotiation and meeting tough deadlines. Key Achievements Has won bids from £5m to over £1Bn across the public and private sectors. Successfully led into the UK Home Office and Ministry of Defence. Launched a new win strategy process as a Shipley Consultant working in the Microsoft Proposal Centre of Excellence. Delivered process improvements at Vodafone including a strategic deals guidebook, which was adopted as best practice, and a new bid qualification process that improved win rates by 25% within six months. Experience During their 25 years' experience in the Defence, Telecoms and Technology sectors, this Associate has led bids across the public and private sector through both direct and indirect channels. They have managed senior level teams of 50+ people and often overcome difficult internal politics to achieve results.
