Secured the future of a regional office by moving a key energy client from project work to a 5-year applications management contract. Won a £15m european defence bid for advanced C3I, coordinating companies from 7 different countries. Experience Over 30 years IT experience within bid management and client-facing roles. Managing different stakeholder requirements in large organisations, while taking a "hands on" role to ensure success. Has both small and large business-unit experience covering Defence, Central Government, Health, Finance, Retail, Transport and Energy sectors. Managed large multi-disciplinary teams within the UK and internationally and has a strong focus on internal governance.
