Our Associate delivered his programme a month early and then provided the client with some additional support and delivery at their rolling stock assembly plant, turning around a lagging programme. Bid Proposal Manager and Lead Writer for the development, management and maintenance of a huge Metro System in Tel Aviv, Israel (150km / 109 Stations) with a contract value of £34bn. Our associate was the Proposal Manager for the winning tender, working for a leading international rail consultancy, as part of an international consortium. Proposal Manager / Lead Bid Writer for multiple UK signalling and infrastructure bids for a Tier 1 OEM, over multiple contract extensions with a win rate of 94% and contract values up to £170m through the Network Rail CP5 and CP6 Frameworks.
