Proven track record in managing the end to end bid process, including research, bid project management, compilation of qualitative and commercial responses, e-sourcing portal management, written and verbal communication and effective engagement of internal subject matter experts. Key Achievements 100% win rate in relation to national framework procurement exercises including Crown Commercial Solutions, London Procurement Partnership and HealthTrust Europe. Elevated revenue for an SME from £500k / annum to £5.8m / annum through competitive tendering. 67% win rate on contracts and proposals; £19m in 2015. Led on bid process resulting in the successful award of a Local Authority contract in July 2015; value £5m over 3 years. Experience 27 years' experience in providing bid management solutions to the private and public sectors, working within the NHS, SMEs and a large multi-national organisation. In-depth knowledge of national, regional, NHS and Local Authority purchasing and procurement. Consistently bid for and won successively on re-tender, procurement exercises including 9 major NHS trusts and a multitude of private sector clients in Healthcare, Transport and Insurance services; values ranging from £50k to £200m. As Head of Bids, managed a team successfully, increasing bid capacity by 75% and win rate by 85% with minimal additional investment.
